Why we sell days instead of jobs
The small stuff never gets fixed because none of it is worth a phone call on its own. Nobody schedules a visit for a towel bar. So it sits, and the door trim sits next to it, and six months later the list is long enough to feel like a project you do not have time for.
Booking by the day fixes that. You put everything on one list, we reserve the whole day for it, and we work through it together. There is no incentive for us to rush to the next house, because there is no next house.
One home a day
We take one booking per day. If your day is on the calendar, it is yours, start to finish.
8:00 AM, on the dot
We are not running late because a job before yours ran long. There is no job before yours.

The first 30 minutes are a walk through together, coffees in hand, to agree on the order before any tool comes out.
One price, written down
$1,300 for the day. Small parts included. No estimate that grows once we are standing in your kitchen.
