This is a premium service, not an odd-job call. A trained professional arrives in a professional vehicle with the right tools, treats your home with care, and stays with you from the first call to the final walk-through. Every visit is licensed and insured, and every job carries a 12-month guarantee.
The usual way: a guy with a rusty truck, a different stranger each visit, and no insurance when something goes wrong.
We work on only one home per day. We don’t juggle multiple projects, and we never show up late or leave early because of another job. We’re at your door at 8:00 AM and we stay until your day’s list is done.

You see the price before you book, and it doesn’t move. Most of the parts your list needs are already included, like:
Want something special, like a designer faucet or a smart lock? Provide your own, or we’ll buy it at our contractor discount and pass the savings on to you.
The usual way: an estimate that changes once they’re standing in your kitchen.
That is different from us running out of time. If your list is bigger than a day before we start, you will see that while you build it, and you choose whether to add a second day.
That is our problem, not yours. We hold Fridays open on purpose and never book them. If something behind the wall turns out worse than it looked, or the day runs out before your list does, we come back and finish it at no additional charge. You do not pay a second $1,200 because our estimate was wrong.
The first 30 minutes of the day. We walk the house together, coffees in hand, confirm the list, and agree on the order before any tool comes out.
Only for the Home Walk™ at the start. After that it is up to you. Most people leave once the order is set.
Nothing is due when you book. A $150 deposit holds your date, collected on a phone call after you book. The remaining $1,050 is charged on the day, once the work is done, to the same card unless you give us another one.
