We take one booking per day. If your day is on the calendar, it is yours, start to finish.
No Arrival Window
We aren’t arriving between 8 and 12. We give you a time and show up when we say we will.
One price, written down
$1,200 for the day. Small parts included. No estimate that grows once we are standing in your kitchen.
Professional
Licensed, Insured, Bonded, Polo Shirt tucked in… we are a Concierge, we’re not a sub contractor.
Why we sell days instead of jobs
The small stuff never gets fixed because none of it is worth a phone call on its own. Nobody schedules a visit for a towel bar. So it sits, and the door trim sits next to it, and six months later the list is long enough to feel like a project you do not have time for.
Booking by the day fixes that. You put everything on one list, we reserve the whole day for it, and we work through it together. There is no incentive for us to rush to the next house, because there is no next house.
