We do things differently.
Small parts are included at no extra charge. AC filter, water filter, door trim, paint, all covered.
Bigger items are not. A replacement washer and dryer, a new faucet, a ceiling fan. Supply your own, or we pick it up and bill it at cost, never marked up.
What fits in a day? I thought you’d never ask.
Every task carries a credit value, and a full day holds 20. That can be one large project that fills the day, or a stack of small ones that add up.
Based on our many years of experience, we have assigned credit scores to hundreds of tasks based on work time, setup, diagnosis, cleanup, and complexity.
Here are two real days.
And if it turns out bigger than we thought, we come back and finish it at no charge. We hold Fridays open for exactly that. You do not pay a second $1,300 because our estimate was wrong.

Common questions
What if my list is longer than one day?
That is different from us running out of time. If your list is bigger than a day before we start, you will see that while you build it, and you choose whether to add a second day.
What if a task takes longer than you thought?
That is our problem, not yours. We hold Fridays open on purpose and never book them. If something behind the wall turns out worse than it looked, or the day runs out before your list does, we come back and finish it at no additional charge. You do not pay a second $1,300 because our estimate was wrong.
What is the Home Walk™?
The first 30 minutes of the day. We walk the house together, coffees in hand, confirm the list, and agree on the order before any tool comes out.
Do I need to be home all day?
Only for the Home Walk™ at the start. After that it is up to you. Most people leave once the order is set.
When do I pay?
Nothing is due when you book. A $150 deposit holds your date, collected on a phone call after you book. The remaining $1,150 is charged on the day, once the work is done, to the same card unless you give us another one.
Where do you work?
The Omaha metro. If you are just outside it, ask anyway because we are growing to new locations all the time.
